She supports clients with scheduling, account maintenance, paperwork processing, and overall relationship management, ensuring that each interaction with the office is seamless, welcoming, and personalized.
Kaitlyn graduated from Thiel College with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Business Management. Her academic background, combined with her enthusiasm for helping others, drives her commitment to creating a smooth and stress-free experience for every client she works with.
Outside of the office, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her cat, Carti, and her dog, Roxie, as well as staying connected with her close-knit family. A music lover at heart, she frequently attends concerts and enjoys discovering new podcasts. She is also an avid thrifter who loves finding unique pieces. These creative interests inspire the thoughtfulness and energy she brings to her role each day.
